We gladly accept the return of most our products. We do require that you please
make the return of qualifying merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Due to abuse of an overly liberal return policy we strictly enforce the
following return requirements:
Returned merchandise parcel must be post dated within 30 days of order date.
Returned merchandise must be unused and pre-packaged merchandise must be in
original, unopened packaging.
Returned merchandise must be carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit.
If returned merchandise arrives to us broken due to improper packing we will
not issue a refund for broken item(s).
To return merchandise, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a
notation stating the reason for your return. Your package must be pre-paid and
must be addressed exactly to the following address:

If ALL of the above requirements are not met we reserve the right to decline a
refund and you forfeit returned merchandise.
Due to the nature of products we sell, we can not offer a full money
back policy for the products that were opened and used.
For qualifying returns, we will be promptly apply the credit to your credit
card accounts less a 15% restocking charge.

We are required by law to collect GST & PST taxes on all
orders shipped to addresses in Ontario. All other provinces in Canada will only
be charged GST. All orders shipped to USA will be tax free; however you are
responsible for any duties that will be charged by US Customs.

Merchandise sold to customers in Canada will charged in Canadian
dollars and in US dollars for customers in the United States. It is the
customer's responsibility to select the proper currency upon checkout. If
improper currency is selected, your credit card company will convert it at the

who chose the wrong currency upon checkout and would like it changed on this
